1. Scope of Policy

This policy covers all B2B wholesale customers, including retailers, garden centers, distributors, and resellers purchasing metal garden decor products from Sino Glory Arts.

2. General Return Conditions

We stand behind the quality of our garden decor products. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Products: Items received with manufacturing defects or shipping damage may be returned for a full replacement or refund within 15 days of receipt.
• Wrong Items Shipped: If we ship an incorrect product or quantity, we will arrange return shipping at our cost and send the correct items immediately.
• Quality Discrepancy: If the delivered products do not match the agreed-upon specifications (material, finish, dimensions) confirmed in your order or proforma invoice, you may request a return within 10 business days of receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom / OEM Products: All items manufactured according to customer-specific designs, logos, colors, or specifications are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Cleared Customs Orders: Orders that have been cleared through customs in the destination country cannot be returned unless a verifiable defect is documented.
• Sale / Clearance Items: Products purchased at discounted clearance pricing are sold as-is.
• Items After 30 Days: No returns are accepted more than 30 days after the delivery date, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Return Process for B2B Customers

• Contact Us: Email info@sgarts.com.cn or contact your dedicated sales representative within the applicable time window. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect or discrepancy.
• Review & Approval: Our quality control team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Shipping: For defective/wrong items, Sino Glory Arts covers the return shipping cost. Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RMA.
• Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt, our QC team inspects the returned goods. You will receive one of the following:
  • Full Refund: Credited to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  • Replacement: New items shipped at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refund / Credit Note: For partial defects, a proportional refund or credit toward your next order may be issued.

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:

• Note it on the delivery receipt before signing — write "DAMAGED" and take photos.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items.
• We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

7. Order Cancellation

• Before Production: Orders can be cancelled in full with a 100% refund if cancellation is requested before manufacturing begins.
• During Production: Cancellations during production may incur a 20-50% material/labor cost deduction, depending on production progress.
• After Shipment: Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled but fall under the standard return policy upon arrival.

8. Warranty Coverage

All Sino Glory Arts standard (non-custom) products come with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or extreme weather events beyond product specifications.
